● Planning shipping movements
● Pilot and tug services
● Security and surveillance
●Ordering of resources such as cranes
●Allocation of shed and open spaces
● Berth allocation and planning
● Link to border agencies
● Customer liaison day to day
● Liaising with ship agents, stevedores and marshallers
